shocking nature of us
a scientific law
the behavior of particles
as effected by environmental climate change
we are all molecular tornadoes
inevitable vortex of fetid irony
light of day damage
plays in the headlines
just the same
no matter if the chosen path
was deliberate destruction
choke on the rationalization
that the poor dear
couldn’t help herself
dysfunction is a clock
that never needs winding
times square flasher
negligent harbinger
absentee saboteur
couldn’t resist the lure
of two days to europe
you lit a cigarette
in a crashing zeppelin
i choose to eat a peanut butter cup
then immediately
tongue kiss my traveling companion
in the dining room
as we rise to fall
in flames

I absolutely love that you made this into a poem, and I adore what you did with it! You’re more cool even than Reese’s peanut butter cups! Muah . . .
Blushing in Kentucky…when like gives you lemons and all that! 🙂
